Congratulations to Lynne Gonsoulin our Woman of the Month
We are searching for the woman who is addressing mind body and spirit to operate more effectively in her daily life. We want to hear what she is doing to keep “all the plates spinning” while maintaining her health and wellness. We want to celebrate her and learn from her! We need to put ourselves first and that is a difficult thing for women to do- so how is that some can do it and make a consistent habit of it?
If you know of someone who draws on the resources to live better on a daily basis let us know. We are looking for women who know how to take care of their mind, body and spirit. She's got it! Nominate her for "Woman of the Month"
